The Mansfield office is located between the Heritage Parkway and Lonestar exits. Beginning Friday, March 21, 2025, midday, the Texas Department of Transportation will open the southbound frontage road (Heritage Parkway Exit) giving easier access to The Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute Mansfield location.
Per TxDot, striping, barrels, and one-way signs will be in place to direct traffic.
